Is there a better way to end a week, than with a homemade moist chocolate mint cake? I found this recipe where you mix some After Eight mints in the batter and I had to try it. I just love the combo of chocolate and mint. I will cut myself a big piece, make a cup of tea and get tucked in bed with an episode of Dynasty <3
