I know I've been complaining about the lack of fall for a while, because I feel this summer has been a very long and very hot one. But I have to say, I feel so very lucky too, being able to have days like these ones in November(!). 28 degrees Celsius, sunny with a breeze, we went down to Santa Monica today for an outdoor lunch and a stroll at the pier. Lovely.
I think it's sometimes easy to forget how fortunate one is living in LA. It's one thing to romanticize about the cold, rainy, snowy, windy weather, but once experiencing it, day-to-day...maybe not so much fun.
