Ice cold

Hot weather calls for cold desserts. This ice cream cheesecake is one of my favorites. I made it yesterday and having spent the night in the freezer it's now ready to be indulged. Cream cheese, egg yolk and egg whites, sugar, cream...together they create a filling but refreshing dessert. I choose kiwi for decoration but strawberries or raspberries would be great too.
